We automatically save your setup configuration daily (max period of last 10 days). You can find it under the application's Help Menu.
Depending on the scenario during a backup, you will either be fully able to restore everything, or in cases such as when the Application Support folder was manually deleted, you will only be able to restore your websites as you had them organized in flows, stacks, or tabs. However, for that case, all extensions will be gone and all sessions will be cleared.
We understand that this is not the ideal solution, but it will prove extremely helpful in many scenarios. In the future, we plan to implement setup synchronization along with user authorization.
