Flows

Every real life project or activity has its corresponding digital workflow. Whether you’re conducting a routine task at work, learning a new skill, buying a new phone, or planning a renovation, you need a unique set of apps and websites for each of these activities.

Flows

We encourage users to group and arrange websites based on their real-life workflows.

While creating a Flow, ask yourself questions like:

- Do you prefer to keep work and personal stuff separate?

- Any of your tasks require juggling through different websites?

- What type of repetitive actions can you identify in your daily routine?

- Are you managing multiple projects or clients simultaneously?

- Or perhaps you have a hobby that deserves its own dedicated space?

Answering these questions can help you create a Flow that's tailored to your specific needs.

Creating a Flow

Options for creating a new flow:

1. hit or ctrl N

2. hover over the flow name in a horizontal bar

3. go to Space View by clicking the planet icon 🪐  in a horizontal bar

Managing Flows

If you’ll go to the Space View 🪐, you will see that the list of your flows is divided into two sections - active and inactive flows.

Inactive flows do not consume computer memory and do not send alerts or notifications, while the active flows show up in the list on your Dock. Closing a flow from here will not delete it but rather deactivate it.
