Many people struggle to manage their email accounts effectively. With Stack, you can organize or access as many accounts as you want, all at once.
You can create a new profile from the card’s ••• three-dot menu
(find it in the upper right corner of a card).
When you create a new profile, it creates an empty session.
When you switch to a freshly created profile, it means you are starting from a scratch and any activity/login you will do afterwards will be saved under that profile.
Profiles you create will be saved across the whole app. And whenever you want you will be able to switch between profiles on any card.
You can set a default Profile per Flow.
You can do it from the Space View. Hit the Planet icon 🪐 in your dock, it will take you to the zoom out view of your flows. Open a ••• three-dot menu of the Flow and choose the default profile for it.
As for how to make changes to the profiles - you need to right-click on it, pick "Edit" and then change the name or the color of the profile (Don't forget to hit Enter to save your changes).
From the right-click menu, you can also set a default profile, or delete a profile, and if you don't want to make a switch between profiles in the existing card, you can click the option to "Open as a new card".
And the last thing, when you decide to delete one of the profiles, be aware that it will delete the saved credentials as well as all cards opened that are related to this profile. If this is not what you wish, we suggest an alternative option: instead of closing cards, leave them open but reset their profile to incognito.
